I think I woke up in Seattle or something - it's August,
it's Texas and it's rainy! In fact it's in the 70s
today. I'm in Heaven! And what's awesome is I woke up
feeling fantastic this morning - way before my alarm went off.
Yesterday I hit rock bottom with the sugar/caffeine detox and today
I was a new woman.

Alright I'm off to eat my cabbage and turnips and BLT - well,
fake bacon, and no Tomato (so I'm adding avocado). My husband
comes home and asks, "What stinks?" But to me, turnips
and cabbage = good old Southern food that makes my mouth water. I
think I just heard him spray a bunch of Febreeze out in the den.
LOL! Yep - here it comes through the vents.
