December Challenge for Planning Your 2013 Marketing, Plus Content Volume QA
Published: Sat, 12/01/12
Woke up sick today but I just poured coffee into myself and made
myself snap out of it. My body knows the truth, though. I am
getting ready for 2013 and thought - why not make a challenge of
it? Guarantees productivity and readiness.
#1 - 30 Days of Planning for 2013 Marketing - Day 1
It starts today - you need it anyway, might as well jump onboard.

#2 - How Much Content or Info Do You need for a Site Launch?
Someone asked me how much content a site needs before a good
launch. Like if I was REALLY planning a great launch. Here's my
response:

Oh and while I'm at it - someone explain to me why you would
NOT have dates on your blog posts? I know it's a benefit for
YOU, the blogger - because then people won't know if the page
they landed on is stale and outdated but that's just it - if
you're coming from a place of serving your customers, it's
really a crappy thing to do to them.
I find it annoying to land on a blog post and have NO clue when the
thing was written. Really bugs me. This happened to me over the
past week when I landed somewhere and had no clue when the post was
created.
Guess what it did?
Made me click out and ignore the information and blog because I
don't know if this is a place that's updated regularly, and
I didn't know if the post was recent or three years old - and
it mattered.
Tiff ;)
