Easy Azon 3.0 Plugin, My Next Scary Level, Failing and Quitting?
Published: Mon, 11/18/13
It's a Monday alright! Woke up to all sorts of server issues
that I hope are finally worked out. It's a gorgeous day here in
Texas though, so I can't complain. I'm working on a few
things this week - ghostwriting, my NEW product, and some new
reviews.
This is a fun-filled week for our family since Scarlett has plays
and half days and next week - they're off ALL week. Do you even
have any idea how much I'm looking forward to that? I'm
trying to think of fun things we can do like family games, movies,
etc.
And by the way - my kids want to see all sorts of 80s PG movies but
they have nakey people in them! Like Ghostbusters - I forgot about
that scene. Hmm wish they had edited versions - I forgot what all
we got away with back then.
Here's what I have for you today:
#1 - Easy Azon 3.0 Plugin
People keep emailing me asking about this. I typically don't
buy many plugins, but I do keep an eye on what's out there and
how it might benefit others who need something to make things
faster and easier. I went ahead and watched Chris Guthrie's
sales video - which is actually a tutorial - and this is one that
helps you do a few things:
- Cut down on time spent going to Amazon and creating links.
- Link localization - lets you profit from global Amazon
associates accounts automatically, so if your visitor is from the
UK, they see UK links, US, American links, and so on.
- If they "add to cart," you get a 90-day chance to
make the sale rather than 24 hours.
- It offers more than just text or image or combo - it has other
options like info block and call to action.
I might buy it later for the more expensive price. But right now
I'm focused on product creation and product reviews, so when I
jump back into my own affiliate site I'll probably grab it.
It's $27 for personal (multi site) rights and $37 right now for
developer rights and it's going up to $47 for personal and $67
for developer soon - in a few days.

#2 - Taking Myself to the Next Scary Level
Here we go. It's one thing to "do a review" in
something where I'm in my comfort zone. This isn't that.
This is me wanting to add a whole new business strategy to my
career and I'm scared to death but I'm going to do it
anyway.

#3 - How to Fail Forward Without Falling Flat on Your Face
I read the saddest post in a forum today about someone quitting. I
wrote this about what to do if you're about to give up.

#4 - Over 100 People Watching Over My Shoulder as I Implement
One of the things I love it working on something side-by-side with
you guys as we all do it together. Whether it's doing a
challenge like the video blogging or what I'm doing now with a
private access implementation review - it feels good to share ideas
behind closed doors and be even more open than we can be in a
public review where we can't discuss exact strategies.
It's not too late to get in if you want to see how it works:

I have 3 lessons ready so far out of the 13.
Tiff ;)
