This week is going great! I'm productive in both my
professional and personal life and I'm enjoying digging into
new projects. Tomorrow is our new family Friday night date night
again and the kids want to watch Back to the Future part 2. I
don't remember it so I'm game!
We're going to cook a big Southern fried chicken meal (veggies
only for me) and we're making some cool checkered cake - 3
layers with chocolate, lemon extract and almond extract - and of
course, chocolate on the outside. Hope it turns out good. It's
the look of it that I think will be cool.
