Today is my son Shawn's 21st birthday and I'm excited because it means my other son is coming over for the "family" birthday party. Scarlett and I decorated this morning with a teal, black and silver decor that has a tiny hint of dark purple in it. I got his ice cream cake yesterday, so as soon as he wakes up we'll celebrate!

Niche Tip from the News
Whenever I see something that would make a good niche for y'all to target, I always mention it to you.For those who have been in marketing for years, you'll recognize the "big 3" niches - health, wealth, and relationships. It's always been a huge trio of earners. I can't tell you how many info products I've written on all three as a ghostwriter and as a marketer.
So in the news the other day I saw an article that said "Divorce rates in America soar by 34% during the Covid-19 pandemic with marriages crumbling three weeks into quarantine and newlywed separations doubling to 20%."
One of the biggest topics aside from finding relationships is saving them. Nobody wants to end up in a relationship that's falling apart. That's why relationship books like The 5 Love Languages rank so high in overall books continually.
Right now, people are in lockdown together and people may joke about it, but the irritation of being locked in with someone 24/7 without any other form of independence and freedom to get out has got to be crippling.
It has to be heartbreaking because these people were in love once before, and might still be if the circumstances were different - if they had their own life independent of their four walls.
And what's also bad is, MANY businesses are NOT going back to in office workplaces even after this lifts. I mean, if your workers are productive, and you could have them working from home, why would you pay overhead for renting a business space?
So people will need to learn how to manage and cultivate their relationships in longterm living situations. Make their spouse or significant other their best friend and learn how to support each other.
It says in the article that:
- Southern states are recording the highest divorce rates now
- Financial distress was a huge factor in dividing the couples
- Mental health deteriorating played a role, too.
- Increased substance abuse by individuals wreaked havoc on relationships
Also, it was mentioned that many were divorcing and had kids in lockdown with them.
So you could create your own info products to help couples get through this, help parents get through it, and help individuals survive better. Even when everything goes back to "normal" I think the effects of this lifestyle alteration will be lasting a bit longer.
I have tons of PLR you could even tweak to fit for this situation. For example, I have a Save Your Relationship pack, lots of self development packs, money stress and financial packs, parenting packs, etc.
You can go to my PLR Mini Mart and load up using coupon code: ENJOY at checkout and get 60% off everything in your cart. But first, go read that article and brainstorm some slants and ideas you can use to help these couples get through tough times together.
That's it for me today - hope y'all have a good rest of your day!
Tiff ;)
