Niche News, Relentless Drive PLR, Tips About Your Upgrade Offers

I just watched the neatest video. I told y'all I watch Disney World vacation videos, right? Well sometimes the Youtubers will do "no commentary" videos and the camera work is so good it makes you feel like you're there, strolling along with them. I loved Disney World so much. The scents, the background music, the happy faces. It's a bubble of happiness. Can't wait to go back! Regardless of where you like to go, look for vacation videos with no commentary. It's so relaxing and enjoyable.

Make sure you read below for some neat niche news I found. But first...

Tips About Your Upgrade Offers

This is your main product, and it’s likely a premium offer that’s around $47-97 or so. You’ve already done your market research, so you know this is something your audience will love. You’ve also created a natural progression from your lead magnet to your front end item to this core upgrade offer. Keep these other points in mind as you create this offer:

1. Create your unique selling proposition. Why should prospects buy your product rather than your competitors’ products? That’s what your USP needs to answer. This is a succinct statement that explains why your product (or business) is different and better than your competitors.

For example, FedEx used the USP, “When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight” to set themselves apart as fast and reliable.

Another example: Wal-Mart has established itself as the “low price leader.”

So ask yourself what you offer that’s different than your competitors. Then pick the benefit that your prospects most value. This could be: Add value to the offer. In other words, add bonus products to your offer.

For example, if someone is buying a diet guide from you, then you might offer a meal-planning app as a bonus.

Insert back end offers. You can embed these offers in multiple places, including:

- Within the core offer itself ( a link in the eBook, video, membership site or other product)
- On the thank you/download page, so customers will see a related offer as soon as they complete their purchase
- In the follow up emails you send to customers

Niche News

I was reading the news yesterday and I stumbled upon a real estate article, but it had some very important niche information in it.

One sentence stood out to me most when the agent was talking about what home buyers are looking for:

"Buyers are looking for home offices, larger kitchens for increased in-home dining, home gyms and private pools."

When you think about this pandemic situation, this is not just a short-term lifestyle. This will have an on-going impact for many. Not all. Some people are chomping at the bit ready to mix and mingle, but many will be altering their life either partially or permanently and fully for the remainder of their lives.

So niche-wise, this tells you that people want their home to be a one stop shop. They want to be able to exist here in case they need to without nothing needed from the outside. No restaurants, no gyms or public swimming places. No work places. Just home.

You can start a site that's broad or targeted to help people achieve this. You might have:

- A home gym site
- A kitchen appliance and cookware/bakeware site
- A home office site
- An outdoor entertaining or pool accessory site
- Also, think of outdoor kitchens (poolside), BBQs, smokers, etc. Think of home theaters, too!

We JUST started building a supply room/home gym in my house using a spare bedroom I had that I'd already pulled the flooring up in. So I now have large shelving units on one side that cost about $80 each, then on the other, a new treadmill I spent about $850 on, along with dumbbells, bands, a weight ball, and a HUGE gym mirror that cost me almost $400. I also bought inspirational posters and stuff.

I tell you what I spent because I want you to know what people are ordering online for their home needs. I'll be getting more for it, too. Don't forget about gardening. While my own efforts were pretty much a massive fail, at least I have the items now. Maybe when it's not a gazillion degrees, it'll do better. LOL! But I'm happy to have grow bags and grow lights in case of an emergency where I do need to grow some things indoors.

There are all kinds of ways you can slant niches like this for the horrible phrase "new normal," which I HOPE isn't my own future, but it might be by choice for many.

That's it for me today - y'all have a great rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
