Eew - you know what's really creepy? There was a guy who contacted several IMers (me included) over the years asking for help. Said he was homeless, working from the library, had kids, etc. So of course, we all stepped up to advise, help with a launch, etc. I randomly saw this weekend that he was arrested in a pedo ring. UGH! You never know who you're helping online. It sickens me. Many of us had spent time and effort walking him through the money making process online. Blech.

I have a new pack ready for you! Expand Your Business, But How?

We talked previously about it being the 4th quarter and time to make some decisions about how to grow your business in 2021. There are a couple of ways you can do this. 

First, you can simply scale everything you're currently doing and do more of the same. You might have to bring on more manpower or work more hours, but you can increase production and profits. 

Second, you can expand in the same niche, but different business models. So let's say you're in the diet niche as an affiliate. Maybe in 2021, you decide it's time to: Third, you can add niches on to your current business model. So maybe you're in the diet niche as an affiliate and an info product creator. You could add on another related niche, like exercise. Or, you could say to yourself, "Hey! I've mastered affiliate marketing and info product creation so well that now I'm going to target another niche I enjoy" like survival, or gaming - something that isn't directly tied in to your current niche. 

You have options as to how your growth occurs.
