New! Limit 50 Buyers Lead Magnet, 2 Niche Tips, Money Blocks Hurting Entrepreneurs PLR

Published: Sun, 10/11/20

Yesterday I was up until 6:30 AM writing fiction. I got so into my writing that I just couldn't stop. It was an emotional chapter and I swear the next day I was drained. Not physically because I got enough sleep, but mentally. Very weird! You really have to throw yourself into the characters in this business branch and it's very different from non fiction, where I can write about topics without it feeling so personal. Strange!

Okay here's what I have for you today:

New Limit 50 Buyers Lead Magnet

I had to laugh about yesterday's limited PLR - it sold out super fast and I woke up to emails of people hating that they missed out on it. Some were super funny. Even messages on Facebook. So because these are so quick and easy for me to whip up, I did another one. The funny thing is, people will miss out, get frustrated and give up, which is when all sales slow down and then no one buys them. LOL! So I'll keep doing it until they slow down.

It's also on the blog topic, but mixes list building as well. It's called Build a Loyal List with Your Blog. And again, only 50 buyers will get to see it before it becomes unavailable (sold out) at checkout.

This 5+ page, 2,428-word lead magnet starts with an introduction and then covers the following:

- Is List Building Too Slow with a Blog?
- Focus on Quality and Consistency
- Make Signing Up to Your List Easy and Memorable
- Turn Your Blog Into Their Favorite Community
- Use Free Traffic Sources to Drive More Loyal Subscribers Your Way

This is first come, first served, and be sure to shoot me your topic request so I can make one you'd like to see as a limited PLR. Check out today's here before it's gone:

Halloween Niche Tip

Some people have been asking me if I did a Halloween costume pack this year. I did not. I know sales of costumes are supposed to be down about 27%. Many places are banning trick or treating. But I did find out some info for those of you who are in that niche, so if you have costume recommendations on your site, here's what I found out:

The top 10 "trending" costumes according to Google searches ranked as follows:
  1. Cobra Kai (this is SUCH a good series, by the way)
  2. Dungeon Master
  3. The Mandalorian
  4. Space cowgirl
  5. Trolls
  6. Belle
  7. Marshmello
  8. Inflatable shark
  9. Firefighter
  10. Sanderson sisters
Kids most wanted to be witches and SuperGirl. Baby costumes were baby shark, baby Yoda, and baby pumpkins. Couples most wanted Bonnie and Clyde, Lilo and Stitch, and Cosmo and Wanda from the Fairly Oddparents. So there you have it.  ;)

Home Decor Niche Tip

Sometimes I like to give y'all a heads up about niche ideas and recently, I was talking to you about the home niche, since many people are working, educating, and even entertaining at home more now if not exclusively. So I had said home decor and gadgets might be a booming niche.

Well yesterday I saw this article about paint colors and it's talking about how many people are designing their space specifically for a relaxing and stress-free area to combat pandemic fear fatigue. So this is a slant you could target. You could get a domain like StresFreeSpace.com or RelaxingRoomIdeas.com (both available so grab it) and take some of the insight gained in the article and promote things online (they said people are now even ordering paint color chips online now rather than stepping foot in the stores.

So this article gives me ideas that you can promote paint supplies and DIY gear and books as well as decor - specifically in the colors that bring "earth indoors." Something to warm up the space a bit. I have to admit, when we put our Fall decor up, it felt so cozy and relaxing! Target serene colors and even fake plants with your recommendations.

That's it for me today - y'all have a good rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
