How Have You Chosen Your Niches to Date?

Periodically, people will email me asking me which niche they should be in. I usually ask them how they've been picking them to date.

Mistakes people make are commonly relying on copycatting other marketers who mention a niche they're in. So if they take a course and someone uses the dog niche as an example, they get into it, too - even if they have zero interest in it.

Desperation for money often leads to choosing the wrong niche. If a marketer boasts about making $10,000 in 30 minutes in the survival niche, they jump on it just drooling over potential profits.

Niche selection is something that has to be done carefully because in order to succeed long term, you want a niche you can commit to day after day, year after year. You have to have ongoing interest in it, be passionate about it, and want to discuss it for the long-term.

That's it for me today - have a good rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
