Success Support System PLR Special; Alleviate Stress for Success
Published: Mon, 03/22/21
I have been such a night owl lately. Probably because of my launch, but one day last week I went to bed at 5 AM and at 1 PM my phone rang. It was my son, Dylan. He said, "Mom, are you okay? I haven't talked to you in an entire day and it's 1 o'clock on Tuesday (it was really Monday). I bolted upright saying, "What? What happened?" He started laughing. Making me think I'd slept over 24 hours. He burst out laughing.
I was so confused. LOL! That'll teach me to get off schedule again.
FYI: Yesterday there were 4 copies left of part 1 in my writing productivity limited PLR series: Eliminate Content Creation Distractions. You can also check to see if there are anymore copies left of the second in the series: Push Past Marketing Writer's Block.

5 Ways to Alleviate Stress at Home or in the Office
Sometimes it’s easy to forget that in order to alleviate stress, you don’t have to take a full day off to relax from work. You can do these five methods anywhere to make your life less stressful. I have to do this from time to time or I burn out fast. One way to relax anywhere is to do some deep breathing. If you’re feeling anxious, it’ll make your heartbeat race, which only propels your stress levels. By taking multiple deep breaths, you’ll slow your heart rate down, which will make you feel less anxious and antsy. I can't you the number of times I've just stopped, taken a deep breath, and felt better instantly.
Another form of stress relief that can be practiced pretty much anywhere is meditation. In order to lower your stress, you’ll need to stop thinking about whatever it is that was making you anxious and just center your attention to your steady breathing and mental state.
Make sure your mind is totally clear so that once you go back to your everyday activities, you feel much calmer and peaceful. You could also get in some exercise to dull your worries. I don't necessarily do this one. I have in the past, but I prefer breathing or other things.
Exercising releases endorphins, which are the hormones in your body that make you happier. Even if you’re at work, you could just get up for a few minutes and walk around your office space or around the building.
If you have time at home, you should try some yoga. Yoga is an easy and non-physically demanding exercise method that works for any age. Yoga is partly based on exercise and partly based on mindfulness. Whenever I get stressed, I like to get up an clean house for some exercise.
Getting in a mindset where you’re focusing on how your body and mind feels instead of work or other stress sources will benefit your mood. One way to make your mood improve without doing something physical for yourself is to do something kind for someone else.
This could be a friend, family member, a coworker, boss, or even a stranger. Any act of kindness, small or large, will make you so much happier just by making someone else happy. I LOVE doing this one. Scarlett and I periodically do random acts of kindness and it feels good.
Being able to improve someone’s day may seem like a small thing to you, but it could seriously make a world of a difference to someone else. Decrease stress by socializing with people who make you happy.
Hanging around your friends or family will improve your mood, especially if you’re laughing during your conversations. Laughing is obviously a way to make you feel happy, but it even decreases the amount of stress hormones you have coursing through your body. TikTok is where I laugh hysterically. Once you have the app catering to your likes it's great!
Life can sometimes seem too busy for you to be able to take care of your mental health. Having a healthy mindset is one of the most important things you can have, and it only takes a small amount of time to reduce some of your stress.
That's it for me today - have a great rest of your day!
Tiff ;)
