New Healthy Habits PLR; Perfecting Your Daily Routine to Improve Your Work-Life Balance

Published: Tue, 04/06/21

Last week I had that pallet of sod delivered. It was so lush and green (I was worried it'd be poor quality). It was SUCH a workout using the wheelbarrow to haul it from the driveway to the backyard. Then Scarlett took it out of the wheelbarrow (while I recovered LOL) and stacked it up and Shawn then laid it out.

It looks SO good though! And oh my gosh, my doggos LOVE it. Delilah here rolls in it, does zoomies, and sunbathes on it. Mandy likes it, but only when it's dry. And Mia keeps trying to bite it. I just think about how nervous all 3 felt when we first brought them home from the shelter and now they're just so happy and playful.

FYI: As of last night, there were about 12 copies left of my part 8 limited report called Putting the Finishing Touches on Your Copy and Info Product and just 5 left of the limited PLR report called Creating Blog and Social Network Content

Perfecting Your Daily Routine to Improve Your Work-Life Balance

Finding a perfect balance between spending time at work and spending time outside of work is a tricky thing to perfect. You obviously want to stay at your workspace long enough to complete all of your tasks, but it’s also important to spend some time relaxed and away from work.

In finding your perfect routine for a balanced life, you want to make sure that you’re not rushed or lacking time to do what needs to be done, so plan accordingly. Set your sleep schedule straight by making sure you go to bed early enough to get at least eight hours of sleep every night.

Having alarms set will help you keep track of time. Also, you should keep a planner to make sure you complete everything you need to get done before going to sleep so that you won’t have to stay up later.

Having a to-do list will also allow you to improve your routine and have more time to do things that you want. By having a list, you’ll know what you’re going to need to do and when you’re going to do it.

This will free up some of your day by not allowing you to lose track of time and miss out on being able to do things that you want because you have to finish working. Put things like waking up, going to bed, showers, meals, spending time with loved ones, and relaxation on the list along with whatever else you want to fit into your day.

Make sure that when you’re working, you are strictly only doing your tasks. Becoming distracted while working will only drag out the time that you’re going to need to stay at work, making you unable to have a balanced lifestyle.

There are also many things you can cut out or turn into a simpler process to free up some time to balance your work and outside life. Try preparing for the next day the night before.

For example, you could plan your tasks for work the night before, or make your kids’ lunches that night so that you won’t have to spend time in the morning doing those things.

Trying to make sure that you have a healthy and balanced work-life ratio is a difficult thing to manage when you’re trying to just wing it. However, you can free up some extra time for your personal life so that you’re not constantly swamped with a heavy workload if you pay attention to your processes and habits and see how they can be altered to benefit you more.

That's it for me today - hope you have a great rest of your day!
