I had someone come out and install the new windows I ordered for my kitchen and bathroom and they made SUCH a big difference. The old ones were installed in about 1980, so you can imagine how dated and unclear they were. These are much better aesthetically, but also for energy purposes and security/safety, too.
Updating this childhood home of mine is fun - doing a little here, a little there. Next I have to get all the junk (torn down shed) hauled off from the backyard then call in the tree guys to trump up and remove some trees from my backyard that are growing dangerously close to my power lines. Whenever I get them trimmed, it creates SUCH a beautiful canopy of green overhead. I love it.

Reminder to Watch for Opportunities
I was on Tik Tok one day and saw a comment from a girl who had commented someone else's video by a Gen Zer who was making fun of the way their generation freezes up having to make phone calls - setting appointments, whatever - they HATE phone calls. (I can confirm as my kids believe everything can be done via text or email).She made her own video saying something like, "I seem to have this skill others don't...Venmo me $5 and I'll make any phone call you want."
In HER video, people were commenting, "Wait, seriously? If I send you $5 can you call so-and-so for me and say this?"
Next thing you know, girl has an 800# and is getting order after order for people asking her to: break up with someone, call someone to tell them how proud they are of them, ask why someone broke up with them or ghosted them, cancel their membership, make appointments, you name it.
She's getting a website going, putting many of the calls on her Tik Tok and doing reenactments of other ones, etc.
Her Tik Tok name is: @1800igotuboo - if you have it, go look at it from a business idea and marketing perspective.
My point is - some people watch for opportunities and others are stuck hoping someone else will walk them through it, holding their hand. Be an innovative entrepreneur and brainstorm an idea and test it out to see if it's viable.
