If you have any tips on these, let me know. I remember it was a subscriber who told me to get my D levels checked and sure enough I was a 13 at the time. Made a huge improvement upping that.

My Hardest Moments Helped Me Succeed

So often now, I see my kids' friends or people I know online talking about everything should be made easier. Painless. A trophy for everyone. Safe spaces from all differing ideas.

Then the real world crops in and whoa! They're so freaked out they can't handle life. It's the same with being an online entrepreneur. Those tough times you go through make you capable and strong. They don't weaken you.

It's the people who seem to skate by who get caught off guard someday and their entire business comes crumbling down. We see this with all kinds of things. Heck, even our convenience food has made us unhealthy.

You can either let these tough, gritty moments demolish you or change you for the better. Some of my worst moments in life - my scariest - like in my marriage - were the defining moments that changed my life for the better.

When you hit those points in life, you're so shocked and dislike the emotional trauma so much that you do whatever it takes not to experience it again. You raise your standards. You become more discerning with what you choose to do, who you hang around, who you believe and so on.

With my weight, even - I have friends who try to push all kinds of body positivity stuff on me. I tell them NO! I want to feel the pain of being overweight because it's what helps me continue my effort to fix it. If I accepted it because it's the less painful, easy route, I'd be stuck!

If you're experiencing tough times, pinpoint what's happening - who's causing it (it might be you), what the irritation is exactly (not earning enough, not enough time, etc.). Be blunt and honest about it, even if it embarrasses you or makes you feel ashamed.

Then make a plan for change. Even if it looks too far off or too difficult. Make the plan and take action, day in, day out. Over time that pain lessens. The first couple of years after my divorce were terrifying. But they're not anymore.

That's it for me today - y'all have a great rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
