I have been a content-making beast lately! This hand injury was the best thing that happened to me productivity-wise. I can dictate in half the time it took me to type. And clean up is a breeze. I'm creating a Christmas Gifts 2021 PLR launch for the 22nd so stay tuned for that. It will have 4 gift guides PLUS 15 toy reviews. I'm so excited for the holidays and even writing these is making me feel all cozy and happy.

Trick Yourself If You Have to

Sometimes we have to really kind of treat ourselves with kid gloves and trick ourselves into being more successful. Some people do it with repeated phrases and thoughts like affirmations.

I tend to just almost pretend I'm talking to myself as another character - like my boss. It sounds weird, but it can work. It's just a fleeting thought. I'm not going all out.

But if I start second guessing myself or my abilities, I'll whip out the old "atta boy" (or girl in this case) on myself and pump myself up until I can push through that self-doubt I'm feeling.

I like to minimize my efforts in a way and say, "Okay you just have to do SOMETHING" so I don't feel overwhelmed looking at a mammoth sized project. Then I inevitably get on a roll and do much more.

It's perfectly okay if you have to play games to get yourself into success mode. Sometimes I'll tell myself I can watch one scene of a show after I complete a work task. And I bounce back and forth until a project is done. Carrot stick so to speak.

That's it for me today - hope y'all have a great rest of your day!

Tiff :)
