New Limited PLR - A Senior Marketer’s Guide to Building an Internet Presence; Disabling Distractions PLR; Plus a Tip
Published: Fri, 09/24/21
OMG I just realized I have less than 100 days until I go back to Disney World. I'm not ready! I'm totally unprepared. Haven't planned. Haven't worked as hard on my weight as I wanted to. I'm nervous, too. Not sure why, but it feels like so much has changed there and I know I'll also have to ride the scary rides again like Tower of Terror and Splash Mountain.
I'm excited to try some new restaurants and rides, though! Plus, a new resort, too that we've never stayed at before.
FYI: Tomorrow's email will go out at 9 AM EST if you want to be on the lookout for it...

Are You the Type Who Uses Positive Affirmations?
I will admit, I've never really been the kind of person to get into things like positive affirmations. Or so I thought. I think what turned me off was that everything I read about them was in a tone of voice that was very soft and coddling. That may work well for you. However, it's not the only way to use positive affirmations!
You can kick your own butt using affirmations that sound more like the kind of language that motivates you. You definitely shouldn't toss out the idea of using affirmations until you try it.
I don't stand in front of a mirror repeating phrases to myself. But I have had to have a little conversation with myself to drill something into my head that I was being stubborn about. I've done this in both my business and personal life.
It often helps to use these whenever you're afraid of doing something and also if you don't believe in yourself in some regard. Don't just repeat affirmations that some website gives you.
Make up your own, and make sure they are highly relevant to your exact situation.
You definitely want to make sure the affirmations are short and to the point. They should be something you can easily remember and used to replace any negative thought that enters your mind.
Your subconscious is a powerful thing, and it can have you believing false things about yourself and what you are capable of unless you fight back.
After you engage in doing any kind of affirmations, or other things like visualization or meditation, make sure you follow it up with some action taking time. I like to jump right into it while I'm feeling that burst of confidence before self doubt has a chance to creep back into my mindset.
Then, I actually have a track record to present to myself to contradict whatever lies I'm telling myself about my capabilities.
That's it for me today - hope y'all have a great rest of your day!
Tiff ;)
