Stop Avoiding Things PLR Special w/Earlybird Bonus; 7 Ways to Improve Your Facebook Ads PLR; Business Mindfulness

I can't wait for tomorrow. My legs have been killing me from the knees down (where I injured them from a fall years ago so now inflammation gets me). So I ordered these Normatec leg recovery pants that I tried out in a health spa and they arrive tomorrow! They're so cool. You zip your legs up in them and it uses air compression starting at your feet then going all the way your leg to "push" the inflammation out.

FYI: Tomorrow's email will go out at 10 AM EST if you want to be on the lookout for it...

Heads Up: There are still some copies left of the limited to 50 buyers PLR called A Guide to Ham Radios for Survival Preppers (17 left as of last night) and the limited to 50 buyers PLR called Vision Board Success for Entrepreneurs (12 left) as of last night.

Business Mindfulness

I love the idea of mindfulness. I think this is a practice that has long been buried in society in all areas of life. But it's especially important in your business dealings.

All it means is that you take time to be aware and make conscious decisions that are thoughtful. You're not acting on impulse or ignoring warning signs.

When you use this strategy in business, it helps alleviate frustration, panic and regret.

Start by paying attention to how your inner voice operates when you talk about yourself in your mind. If you're negative, then you're being your own worst enemy. If your thoughts have some valid points, then the takeaway is that you have some things to work on.

Besides watching your thoughts carefully, watch your actions, too. Don't just do things with your business - ask why you're going to do them. Have a good reason for it. Sometimes you don't delegate tedious tasks just because you only trust yourself. That's something to work on letting go of.

Sometimes I've had to use one mindful tactic when I'm working on something new  or scary - deep breathing. I have to slow down, take a deep breath, and focus. You can try that, too.

Don't be scatterbrained and allow your mind to be working on twenty million things at once. Try to hone in on one thing at a time. Be present with whatever project you're on in that moment.

That's it for me today - hope y'all have a great rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
