Cross That Finish Line!
Are you one of those people who get SO close to the finish line, but then quit? What's your reason for it?
There are so many people who can start a million different projects, but finding those who COMPLETE them is a totally different ballgame.
If you struggle finishing your projects, do some things to drag yourself across the finish line. Set some very clear goals - both big ones and small ones, so you have milestones to complete and get yourself used to that feeling of pride.
Before you start a project, be honest about what it's going to require - in terms of knowledge, time, money, and effort. Some people quit because they didn't expect everything it would require from them.
Set a good pace, too. Don't rush it and overwhelm yourself, and don't drag yourself so slow that it feels like you're not making any progress.
Get the most important tasks done first. I always start out my day with customer service first (emails), then money making tasks.
Remember that perfectionism kills productivity. Quit trying to be perfect. No one is. Give your best. Then track your progress so you know you're making gains in terms of productivity.
That's it for me today - hope y'all have a great rest of your day!
Tiff ;)
