New Senior Marketing Limited PLR Report; WP Hacks PLR; Tackling Procrastination

I had such a great workout yesterday! Those compression inflation boots are working miracles. I went in and instead of biking, I did treadmill for warm-up. Then I did leg presses, squats, and finished off (after upper body too) with pushing the sled. I was so thrilled!

I've kind of gotten into a set routine too where I have my outline for a report handy whenever I go to do the boots for 30 minutes so I can dictate an entire report. It's so cozy.

FYI: Tomorrow's email will go out at 9 AM EST if you want to be on the lookout for it...

Tackling Procrastination

I used to laugh it off - the fact that I was queen of procrastination. It's weird, because while I do you like to procrastinate, I also like to kick my own butt and take action.

The truth is, procrastination is only delaying the inevitable. So whenever I realize that I'm doing it, I snap out of it pretty fast.

I don't like the uncomfortable feeling of knowing that a task is looming over my head. Especially as an entrepreneur who does everything myself, tasks like this can pile up pretty quick and become overwhelming if you let it.

Because of this, I try to get the things I dread most out of the way first so that I can relax and enjoy working on everything else.

You have to start looking at why you're procrastinating in the first place. Sometimes, it's because we feel uneasy with a particular task. Maybe you don't feel like you're good enough at it or you don't know enough to do it.

I'm this way with fiction. I don't feel like I'm good enough. Even though I've had fans from different countries send me fan mail and gifts, and my books have received good reviews, I still feel inadequate, so I will delay work.

One thing you have to do if you really want to get a handle on your procrastination is to start being ok with that uncomfortable feeling. I've done this in other areas of my life - whether it was leaving a bad relationship or stomaching the feeling of going on a scary ride - you just have to know that you're not going to feel ok until it's over and do it anyway.

Sometimes, a good way to get over procrastination is to set a timer and tell yourself you're only going to work on something for five to 10 minutes. What actually happens is, you get going and then you're able to cross the finish line with it. But you can tell yourself you only have to work a small amount of time.

That's it for me today - hope y'all have a great rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
