This is how we get treated... and some good stuff today only, too!

I'm about to head out to a couple of big dog adoption events to find a sibling for Mandy, but I wanted to email out about something first because I woke up to something shocking, but then, not so much.

And yes, I'm going to be blunt and transparent.

Awhile back a guy came to me from a friend asking me to promote. Ran it thru copyscape, failed miserably (meaning ripped off the Internet), told him no - so he had to try fixing the content himself, which is where someone else jumped in and fixed it for him. He launched the good content, I promoted.

He, with a TON of help from other people, eventually got it together and started having launches. Of which I promoted and became one of, if not THE top affiliate for him.

Repeatedly.

I won 1st place and other prize money, of which I said "keep it" and let him make an image for me instead, to try to help out.

I was thanked for my insight and help along the way.

The other day I mentioned to y'all - with no names of the vendor or product included - the problem with an upcoming product that will be teaching people to flip PLR, and ask non resell PLR vendors if you can flip theirs, too. If you missed that email, it can be found here and as you'll see it wasn't malicious, just factual and focused on the strategy - not anything negative about him or even his overall course: https://archive.aweber.com/tiffanylambert/EeHr_/h/Don_t_Make_This_Mistake_.htm

That, along with the fact that many other vendors were irked about the lesson, apparently affected the vendor so much that he unfriended me. Me - the one who had helped give him advice in the beginning about not selling ripped off content. The one who had promoted him and made him sales. One of the top affiliates. One who went to HIM directly asking about that lesson where many others simply talked about it in private and expressed their annoyance with him.

I went to him and was nice. I just stated the problem PLR vendors are going to have.

I'm the one that got blocked. That's the thanks we get for trying to maintain an ethical approach and trying to help others. It's very disappointing - not because of money - I don't care at all about promoting his stuff and after something I found out yesterday, I had already decided I'd never promote him again. I won't tell you about that because others have asked me not to and it's not my place, but just know my decision had been made.

So you won't be seeing anymore promotions from me for Huw's products anymore. I have cut ties completely due to this behavior. Someone else said "he's leaving the PLR business behind so what does he care that we're now all going to be burdened by this request?" I have no clue if he's leaving it behind, only heard rumors.

As a lesson, here's what he SHOULD have done. He should have taken the concern of many of us seriously and rectified it, either removing that portion of the course that teaches the strategy (which, I heard from yet ANOTHER top vendor today is aggravating him because he's getting requests for this already, to which he has to say no) or maybe simply agreeing to add a list of vendors who DO allow it, so that his students would understand not to contact anyone NOT on that list.

He SHOULD have had a discussion with me which I initiated in private message to try to make this good for everyone and alleviate their concerns. He should never have treated me so rudely after how I gave him a second chance in the very beginning and help support him along the way.

Says a lot about his ethics, or lack thereof. It's disappointing when someone shows their true colors like this. But not fully unexpected. I've seen people do this here and there for years. All I can do is support people I feel are worthy of your dollars and your attention and loyalty. And that's what I'll continue doing in the future.

You'll likely be hearing about this strategy from many other PLR vendors. They're almost all worried about it and annoyed. So stay tuned for that! Oh and I removed him from my list, as an affiliate and took down the special private deals I made for him for his subscribers when he asked me to, so those won't be accessible to buy anymore FYI.
