Christmas Day was very enjoyable. My kids all liked their gifts. They, along with my son's girlfriend, were a dream, helping me clean house quickly so we could all relax. It was a day of pajamas and leftovers. My kids got me a coffee maker I can program (my old one didn't), so I can't wait to have coffee waiting on me in the mornings now. They also got me all kinds of neat notebooks/planners and colorful gel pens I wanted, plus spa stuff, etc.

Do the Public Blasts Intimidate You?

I've heard from a few people that they feel intimidated about "doing something wrong" and being put on blast publicly. So I want to alleviate your fears and clarify something.

Nobody gets blasted for doing things wrong. If you sent me PLR to review and it failed to pass copyscape, I would never publicly blast you for that.

What people get blasted for are their attitudes AFTER someone brings a problem to their attention. This is when someone basically feels defensive about getting caught, so they turn the tables and act like the person approaching them is negative and troublesome.

The truth is, we're trying to set you o the right path to success, give you a fair chance to avoid people talking bad about you behind the scenes. Nobody has been blasted for what they did. It was their reaction to being approached quietly that they got blasted for.

So don't worry or feel intimidated, please. Most people are very welcoming of feedback and things being brought to their attention. The only people who should feel concerned are those hoping to get away with what they know is wrong. :)

And what's funny is, most people want the public blasts so they know what's going on behind the scenes and can be aware as customers. LOL So it's kind of hard to balance all of that. Just don't worry and do everything with the best of intentions.

Alright y'all. I have THREE new journal/planners and a whole lotta gel pens in a variety of colors. Now some of you may not realize the potency of this pairing, but I do. It means I'm about to sit down, whip up my plans for the last week of this year - this DECADE - and enter 2020 with so much fierceness, I may scare myself.

Some of you may be saying, "I'm going to rest now because I want to enter 2020 with energy and enthusiasm" but no! Now is the time to see what you've got.

How fast can you perform?

How much can you do WITHOUT burnout?

The key is to find that nice balance where you enjoy what you're working on, you don't work too little or too much, you find time to enjoy LIFE while you're at it, and you reap the rewards.

In this last week, I want you to think about who you like learning from or listening to. Who teaches in a style that helps you implement the most? Who inspires you? Who seems shady? Cut the dead weight.

What projects feel like more of a burden to you than you wish they did? CUT it. Which projects do you WISH you had time for?

Hey - newsflash! You're the CEO of this company, so you decide what your employees (you) work on. Make some bold decisions.

Go after this coming year and decade with no holds barred.

If the journey you're on right this second isn't smooth, stop for a minute and think about WHY. Fix it before the year ends so that you enter 2020 with ease.
