2 Ideas to Discuss, Bonus Ending Tonight, New Branch Progress, PLR on Sale & More!

Nooooo! School is back in session! A 6 AM wake up alarm. Blech! But I'll do it :)
So let's talk about a couple of things - ideas - I'd love to hear your thoughts on them, so feel free to email me back. They're both things I see other people doing this week.
First, I saw someone emailing his affiliate list (people who signed up to promote his products) promoting a product to them that will help them be an affiliate! I don't know if I think it's genius or if it would bug me if I were on the list. I haven't decided. LOL! But it made sense - he KNOWS the people are affiliates and the product he was promoting would help them sell his products. And this guy is a top hitter, so it's obviously working. Thoughts on strategy?
Second, for everyone thinking they HAVE to have cash for a contest, not true. I just saw a well known marketers whose PLR affiliate contest gives the winners "bragging rights and a reciprocal mailing." That's all it takes, and not even that, in fact. I promote things with no contest - so never feel like you have to wait until you have big bucks to lure top affiliates onboard.
