Promote & Market Your Business Book, Crisis Management for Entrepreneurs & More!

I'm SO excited! Spring Break has officially begun! It's supposed to be gorgeous weather all week - maybe a few showers, but mostly sunny and a nice, low 70s for the high. I'm planning on doing lots of lawn and gardening work.

Yesterday I did a TON of house cleaning - just to have everything perfect for this week so we can relax and enjoy our time off from school carpool, etc. I also ordered my daughter a set of paints, canvases, and spa stuff to use during Spring Break just to relax and get off her phone, etc.

Okay here's what I have for you today:

Quick Cover Tip

Some of you have come to me asking if I know of anyone who can do your covers for Kindle. If you can't find anyone, look on Kindle for covers you like and see if there's an illustrator listed and linked. Here's what it will look like:

So you see my pen name there as the author and then I linked to the girl who did the cover. So whether it's a non fiction or fiction cover you want, Kindle or not, you can find people who are in line with the look you're after this way.

Creating an Affiliate Marketing Business Plan - Part 8

We're continuing on with part 8 of the plan to start an affiliate marketing business. The eighth step is to:

Find Products to Promote in Thriving Marketplaces

Now there are tangible products and digital products you can promote. And in some niches, like fitness, survival, gardening, etc., opportunities can be found for both. So some good places to look are:

Amazon of course. It's a household name. People add to cart all over the place (Guilty!), and things get delivered super fast. You can promote tangible products and even Kindle books, although the commission on that wouldn't matter. You can also promote the Prime Membership options, so that's a great deal, too. If your state was once blocked from Amazon, check again - they've re-allowed many states to join again!

ClickBank is great for higher commission digital products and I've even seen some tangible stuff on there, too. It's different from the super spammy place it became years back. And you never have to worry about a vendor paying you commission because ClickBank themselves pay you.

JVZoo is another marketplace for digital products. You can find all sorts of tools and info product courses in a variety of niches to promote here.

Warrior Plus is awesome for digital products! It's where I commonly launch products from and promote things from.

Share-a-Sale is where you'll find all kinds of things to promote. Some are digital memberships like the HealthyWage challenge I did awhile back. They have lots of popular programs, like Smile Direct, programs for fashion, crafts, health, you name it!

Commission Junction has always been a bust for me for some reason, but others make good money there.

Look for a good payout, along with high conversions. Remember, your job is as a middleman, so you want a vendor with proven sales ability so you can simply warm up your audience and not have to hard sell them before they leave your site.
