How's your Sunday going? Scarlett, Shawn and I decided to have a challenge among ourselves. We're each going to spend Monday-Friday working on two things: Learning the craft of fiction writing and working on our fiction. Both my kids are writing books! Shawn's doing a WWII fiction novel and Scarlett's writing a young adult book. I'm going to finish up my clean romance I was halfway finished with, that I keep putting aside.

Nice having people in the same house be competitive with one another and all work toward similar goals. Makes it impossible to be a slacker! So here's what I have for y'all today:

Steve Chase with his golden radio voice is back with some new PLR videos - this time in the survival niche for some of the top ClickBank products! I was teasing him because his image of his product has a virus on it but this product has NOTHING to do with the virus - it's just about the survival products that are highly ranked on ClickBank right now. LOL!

I had to make sure because I'm NOT promoting anything specific to the virus. Just survival in general that's evergreen in nature. His sales page might talk about what's happening because the niche happens to be spiking right now, but I just didn't want to promote anything related to the actual virus.

Improving Your Blog Performance

Continuing on in our series, one way you can obtain better engagement and conversions with your blog is by interviewing other experts.

I see many marketers trying to hoard all of the attention for themselves. They feel like if they share the spotlight with a competitor, it somehow makes them look weaker, but actually, the opposite is true.

If you're able to secure an interview with someone else who is an expert, I see you as an equal.

Find people who are in the niche and interview them for your audience - it looks selfless, like you're good at networking, and able to secure good information. Most experts will welcome the opportunity to get their name and insight in front of another audience and what may happen is the interview becomes reciprocal.

Even if the other person never interviews you, they'll probably share your interview of them with their audience, so those people will visit your site and then see what information you have to offer them. It's really a win-win!
