It's Monday, and I only know this because Scarlett got up for school this morning. Otherwise my days are a blur. I got to see my son Dylan yesterday to drop off some home cooking. They really appreciated it, and that made me happy.

Have You Thought About Socializing Your Blog?

Some people just slap content up, and abandon their blog until the next time they log in to put something else up. If you're a good blogger, you want to socialize with visitors and your potential audience to build that rapport with them.

Always make sure you reply to comments from real readers. Build a community there. Don't just let all comments be approved or else you'll be approving a lot of spam. Instead, make approval by you mandatory and take time to respond each time someone comments.

Every time you post a new blog, Tweet the link, post it to Facebook, include it in your other accounts like Instagram, YouTube or Pinterest. Make sure the word gets spread with the live link so that others can share your good tips and insight from the blog.

Get blog readers to participate with you on your blog by doing things like challenges. It can be any kind of challenge related to your niche where everyone checks in - weekly or daily or however long, just to up the engagement level there.
