New Sales Success PLR, Niche FYI, Blog Performance, Domaining and More!

Published: Tue, 04/07/20

I ordered something called bread flour yesterday. I'm afraid. I haven't ever baked bread from scratch - I've done 7-up biscuits, but not loaves. LOL! For some reason, I envision some sort of I Love Lucy kitchen disaster where my bread loaf ends up shooting across the room as it comes out of the oven over 8 feet long. I wouldn't doubt it. I think that's why that show made me laugh so much when I was a kid. The chocolate factory episode is my favorite.

So here's what I have for you today:

FYI, those of you in the Master Domaining review, day 59 is ready!

They're Telling You - Are You Listening?

A true marketer views everything through the lens of marketing. You're watching your Facebook feed and you see someone starting a container garden and you watch for their reasons why. You look at their hobbies and interests and struggles in business.

There was an article yesterday talking about how 3 in 5 adults say they're using this quarantine time for self improvement. Now that means different things to different people. For some, it'll mean stress relief and meditation stuff. For others, learning to play an instrument or growing a garden. Some are painting, learning yoga, getting fit, learning a language, launching their own business, learning to cook and more.

I told my kids, when they were talking about how nice it'll be to go out and socialize afterwards, that it's rare to have so much down time, so they need to use it to their advantage. Because once we're out again, it'll be busy and chaotic and they'll be looking for down time again.

I'm working on some things myself. I've already told you about the garden stuff - which I'm bumbling left and right (accidentally bought garden soil that can't be used indoors) so now I HAVE to use my tiller that I was procrastinating with. LOL! But other stuff, too. I'll share all that AFTER the quarantine.

So go read this and do something cool - if you have plenty of friends on FB, so scrolling and look through your marketer lens and tell me what niche opportunities you see. They're all around you!

Blog Performance Tip

Continuing on in our series about how to get better engagement and conversions, one thing you can do is avoid treating your blog as a diary.

That's what I see some people mistakenly doing.

But this is NOT some random journal. It's a business. And while people DO want to hear your personalized story mixed in, the rest of the content should be based around what you can do for your reader. What can you teach them? How can you motivate them? Guide them? Kick their butt when they need it?

Make sure you're maintaining your goal of serving THEM and not just jotting down an account of what you're doing in the niche.

Have a great rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
