Free Self Doubt PLR, Plus No Blog Readers Solution
Published: Thu, 04/16/20
How is your week going? Mine's going pretty good. Shawn and I are pairing up to do tons of yard work. He's fortifying our back fence in a couple of places where it looks like the neighbor's dog tried boring a hole through it. I'd like to take my little bonsai (named George) out there and plant him so he can grow tall.
I got a bonsai because I always thought they looked cute but then I felt sorry for him having his growth stunted. LOL! So I unchained his little trunk (it was purposefully bent) and put him in a bigger pot and now he's thriving. I'm such a dork. Now I only wish he could talk and tell me if he'd rather in inside or outside. Ha ha! I know I'll feel bad if he gets hailed on or a tornado rips him up. ;)
By the way, if you're in my Master Domaining review, then FYI lesson 67 is ready!

Series: 7 Reasons Why Nobody Reads Your Blog
Continuing on in our series about not having a loyal blog readership, one thing that might be causing this is if you abandon your readers. We talked about it a bit before, but more in terms of inconsistency. I want you to see if from a different perspective. When you're the guide steering someone through a difficult process and you suddenly disappear, your readers won't just feel lost, they may feel abandoned.
It depends on the niche, of course - but if you blog for a couple of weeks, then get bored or interested in something else, leave the blog stale and come back 3 months later - during a time when your readers NEEDED you, they'll be hurt and angry.
Like I said, not all niches are like this. But some, like careers, relationships, health, etc., might have more of an impact than something like woodworking or whatever. Even if it's a niche like gardening and you get them started on a big project and then disappear, it's something that makes them feel fooled.
If you do this continually, they won't be back to see what you have next time. They'll just find someone who does care about following through with their needs.
