No Toe Dipping! Food for Health - Beautiful New PLR! Product Launch Marketing Plan
Published: Thu, 04/30/20
I think Scarlett's been bitten by the entrepreneurial bug now that her earnings are coming in. Do y'all remember your first earnings online? Or even offline? Thrilling to get your first paycheck.
I remember working for others as a ghostwriter, but that was service pay. When I actually created something myself and sold it, it was a whole different ballgame. One with no ceiling of earnings.
I was telling her about the potential, and she said "Yeah but I only worked 12 hours." That's the point! You only worked 12 hours for the entire month, and if you WANTED to, you could have worked as many as you wanted and grown the income however you felt like it - in any niche, with any business model.
Her eyes grew big as that realization set in. Today we're setting up her first checking and savings account. She's being smart, too - setting up a specific ratio she'll spend versus save, and her savings portion is bigger! Here's her launch if you want to check it out: Achieving Success without Sacrificing Personal Satisfaction.
Note: I have a lesson below for those of you who are considering PLR or any other business model and feeling nervous about it.

No Toe Dipping
I interact with a lot of you who are preparing your first foray into product creation. One thing I see a lot is what I call "toe dipping." Like when you go to a pool and dip your tow in to check how the water is. Can't do that with online business - you need to do a running cannonball.A big splash. Your FIRST venture into the business world should go all in, bigger than you could imagine - overdeliver, do it big, etc. Not a tiny, sheepish, :let me test the waters."
And here's why - testing the waters with a small offer doesn't impress customers OR affiliates.
It only saves you the worry of putting a lot of work in for no return. But guess what? You're setting yourself up for failure because customers are seeing lots of nice offers and a small one is "meh" to them. And affiliates would much rather promote a bigger offer to their list than something puny.
It's like getting chosen to go on American Idol and singing one verse versus a complete song. Just show us what you've got! Do your best. Make a name for yourself. Be impressive.
Worst case scenario is that you learn a lot along the way about how to do things, what works, what doesn't, etc.
You want customers to have FOMO (fear of missing out) and affiliates to see it as a can't pass up kind of offer. So when you first think of the launch you want to have, put it away and that day be brainstorming MORE you can do.
That's it for me today - y'all have a great rest of your day!
Tiff ;)
