New Zoom PLR, Free Focus for Better Productivity; Hype V Substance
Published: Sat, 05/09/20
How's your weekend going? This will be a busy last week for us of school coming up. We have to end her classes and return textbooks. I already enrolled her in her new online distance education school, so we're in talks with the college counselor about her graduation plan, which courses she can test out of, etc.
Yesterday was a great day! I finally got to give my Dylan a hug when I saw him. Previously, he'd been in and out of the public and didn't want to risk anything, but now he's been home in isolation so when I took his mask I ordered for him to him, I got to see both him and my grand-dog-baby Siwey. I was in tears I was so happy. Then we took the dogs for curbside pawdicures and gave them a bath afterwords. So everyone's all happy and fluffy looking! LOL
Here's what I have for you today:

Hype Versus Substance
When it comes to emails, many people scoff at "hype." Hype is not a dirty word - your audience wants to get excited! It just depends what you get them hyped up about.Hype - done right - is the best. Make sure it's sprinkled with substance. It has to meet their needs. If you don't know the needs of your audience, they won't enjoy your hype and excitement.
Tease your readers about upcoming news - give them a reason to watch their inbox. This is always something that resonates with me. Whenever I know something good is coming, I pay more attention.
Just don't use hype the wrong way - where everything you mention is trying to be hyped up to some form of excitement. It will lose its luster, kind of like the boy who cried wolf. Make it genuine and your audience will respond to it.
Okay that's it for me today - have a great rest of your day!
