Advice for Affiliate Triad People & Others), and Who Y'all Love (Ending Tonight)!

Published: Thu, 05/28/20

Yesterday I took my new haul of gardening supplies out and transplanted my sprouts from all in one container into one container per sprout - and yes, I felt guilty thinning out the weaker looking ones of my little veggie herd. So now I have like 20+ containers lining my sidewalk with my sprouts.

Even sitting on a chair, only getting up to water and move the containers, it's somehow a lot of exercise! LOL I have no idea how but I ended up exhausted. It's that good tired, though - the "I accomplished something" exhaustion. I can't wait to see if my stuff bears fruit and vegetables. I'll be SO excited.

AND ... my little pepper plants finally started to sprout! It was nice getting off social media and the news and being outside with nothing but a pot of dirt, sprouts, a slight breeze and sun.

Advice for Affiliate Triad People (or Anyone Learning from Someone Else)

Okay so I'm being hit up by numerous people who are involved in a product called Affiliate Triad by Jason Fladlien. I'm not slamming the product - I don't know a thing about it - but I AM going to give you some sage advice...

Sometimes a product owner will give you a script or teach a specific way to do something by showing you an example - and people then send it out verbatim or barely alter the concept. So what's happening is myself and several friends I know are getting these cookie cutter emails (one guy even had someone track down his home address and send a mailed letter eek!) that all say basically the same thing about this offer - and NONE of them make ANY sense. We were all confused.

The email basically says something about how they've been given "permission" to "partner" with us, etc. and asks if they can send more info. This is not at all effective with most people I know. (From what we worked out (friends talking behind the scenes), it seems like they're asking me to mail my list with their affiliate link to promote that same product - or another one - and give me 40% of the sale while they get 60%.) They didn't say any of that in their email (left it blind), but someone I know entered a back and forth conversation with one of the people sending it out and that's what they were told. We all got kind of different information.

The emails I got drag on as a tease, just asking me if I want more info - a waste of my time. Just spit it out. And don't use a script - because when you're the 5th or 25th person who has sent this, it never goes over well. Be genuine. And for the record, no I'm not interested in this "partnership" deal. LOL :)

Improve Conversions - Discount Ends Tonight! (Who Y'all Love)

Quick reminder about the $15 off coupon code y'all can use on Bart Hennin's course called Create Magnetic Offers for Anything. It's good through Thursday night - just enter this as your coupon at checkout: TIFFSDISCOUNT

This course gives tips and analysis to improve your power of persuasion in emails, blog posts, social media, or on sales pages.

My suggestion is that you download the files, and read through the PDF first - do it in increments because it's 117 pages of information. Then dive into the videos one by one. There are 5 (well, 6 but the 6th one is just a small addition).

Who Y'all Love: Just a heads up, when I first heard from Bart, I didn't know him. I reviewed the course and liked it, so I decided to send y'all an email about it with his private discount code. Well, I got back SO much feedback after I emailed out - he apparently has an amazing reputation among my subscribers.

People talk about how genuine and helpful he is, how great his teachings are - so I'm very glad he reached out and that it's someone everyone feels good about!

7 Reasons Why Subscribers Leave Your List - Part 5

Continuing on in our series about why subscribers might leave your list, it may be that your shock factor went overboard. There are some people who try to get attention and build an audience by being really "in your face" and creating a buzz with controversy.

But some people turn controversy into a foul thing - don't be offensive to the point that you repel everyone. There's a fine line between being someone people find funny and real and someone who they find repulsive. You may not have the right personality for brazen content, and in that case, toning it down is always a list saving tip.

That's it for me today - hope y'all have a great rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
