Every Day Chance, Don't Be Afraid to Ask for What You Want - PLR; Christmas Niche in July Sale

Published: Tue, 07/21/20

I learned something really cool about PowerPoint recently. Did you know you can make a sort of "flipbook" using it? The course I learned it from was Sue Fleckenstein's Createful Journals, linked below. But I went and learned how to do it a slightly different way.

That's one thing you have to always remember - if you WANT to know how to do something specific, look it up! And if no one has explained it yet, ASK! Someone is bound to know. Don't just sit there being flustered. It's good to network with others who do the same kind of things you do because when questions arise, someone else can help you.

Okay - if you're in my Createful Journals review implementation, I'll be posting lesson 46 later today. (If you still want to join, make sure you use coupon code: TIFFSAVES30 at checkout).

Don't Be Afraid to Ask for What You Want - PLR

The ladies over at Piggy Makes Bank have a new PLR bundle and I like it because it seems versatile - you can be vocal and ask for what you want in your career, in relationships, and more. But most people are too shy to speak up. This is empowering content that builds confidence.

Every Day Is Another Chance To Change Your Life For The Better

Every night I go to bed thinking about what went right, what went wrong and what, if anything I need to change so that I can live the kind of life I want to.  I tell myself, "Today is the day when you can begin to make your dreams into reality!"

It sounds corny, but it's the truth.

There is no better day to begin to work on the things that you truly want to change than today - right this second. You can’t go back and chase your dreams yesterday. None of us even know if we’re going to be alive tomorrow. Therefore, the only thing you can do if you want to start making some positive changes in your life is do something about it today.

So let’s just say for arguments sake (your argument) that you are going to be alive tomorrow. You could easily put off making any changes to your life today, because you can always start doing something tomorrow, right? Well, if you go with that attitude (like I have done countless times) - I can guarantee you one thing – you're going to have to go to bed tonight knowing that you're still stuck in the same old rut that you've been sinking into all this time.

Absolutely nothing has changed for you and you'll wake up tomorrow morning knowing that you still haven’t done anything to help yourself – what a depressing thought! Not only that, but you're probably going to feel the same way tomorrow, and the chances are quite high that you'll put off doing anything about your problem until the next day, and on it goes. I've done that with my weight and writing fiction for years.

If, deep down inside, you want to make a change, if you're sick and tired of living with the same concerns that you've held in mind for far too long now, you need to develop the mindset of doing something about it now, always now, until the problem is solved.

Thinking about what you can do now to help yourself and acting upon these thoughts now, means that you'll go to bed tonight knowing that you did something to help yourself.

This happened to me the other day. I was doing my bike and I thought, "Finally! It isn't hard." I'd been doing it for a few days and I was enjoying the feeling of being able to get through it easier. But then I realized that easy wasn't going to get me closer to my goal, so reluctantly, I turned up the resistance on it. I want CHANGE so I have to do it NOW, not the next day. For a split second I thought, "Eh, I'll turn it up tomorrow" and I stopped myself.

You want to wake up tomorrow feeling better about yourself and your life because you spent your energy today on changing the thing or things that you want to change.

Doesn’t that sound like a much better way of existing?

Doesn’t that sound like a more positive and manageable mindset?

Of course it does, so if you're being sincere and making this change is something that you honestly want to do, then stop wasting your time and start doing something about it! You don’t have to go crazy making year long plans about what you're going to do to completely transform your life.

You don’t even have to think of all the things you want to change. Just work on one thing at a time in that moment and think about what little things you can do today to improve your situation. In all honesty, that is the only mindset you need to generate massive amounts of positive change in your life, and it’s the most sustainable way of doing things.

Work on small things and take your time without delaying it. I could only do 5 minutes of increased resistance, but I know it'll be 6 next time, then 7 and so on until my entire ride is at a higher level.

Okay that's it for me today - have a great rest of your day!

Tiff ;)
