I have a launch coming up tomorrow and I'm so glad my son Shawn is now using his PhotoShop skills to add graphics to my packs, so this one includes the eCovers. I also went and created an exclusive bonus report for people to use as a bonus to promote it (with an eCover for that too). 

I plan on doing a HUGE online marketing topic in August and then in September, I'm rolling out a Christmas Gifts Guides bundle and an Amazon product reviews bundle. Video Games Niche

One of the very first ways my son made money was with video games. Not only has he created content about them but he did specific player tasks to help others game better and got paid for it. Even now he makes extra money creating video snippets off people's gaming - montages of their best moves.

Strategically Earning from PLR

I know so many people buy PLR and either don't do anything with it, or simply plop it up onto their blog and don't actually have it earning money for them. 

When you’re about to purchase a ‘Biz-In-A-Box’ PLR product, the sales page will tell you that all you need to do is ‘sell the product as your own and keep 100% of the profits.’ 

That sounds great… and maybe you’ve even done this, but to date, haven't made any sales. 

So, what’s missing?

The answer is traffic! Most PLR buyers lack the knowledge about how to pull in their own traffic online. I don't say drive - I say pull. But you can drive it, too. 

Being able to use PLR is excellent, but no matter how much rebranding, personalizing and repurposing you do, if no one is seeing your content and offers, you won't grow an audience and you won't make sales. 

Consistency is one way to pull in traffic. Blog regularly for a long time - don't quit on your blog. Let Google start seeing your site as an authority that's here to stay. And dig into free social sites where you can share good information that catches attention and network with your peers and potential customers. 

Most standard ‘Biz-in-a-box’ type of PLR packages, include a lead magnet page with an accompanying PLR report so you can exchange the free gift for their contact information. 

Making money online to a large extent is a numbers game. The more products you have for sale, the more sales you’ll make. The more blog posts you have, the higher your chances of ranking for keywords and getting visitors. The more traffic you get to your websites, the faster you’ll build a list and make sales. More, more, more. That’s your goal.

Here’s where so many beginners go wrong. They scatter their efforts over many different traffic generation methods and none yield any results worth mentioning. After buying a PLR product, your first step will be to set it all up. The content needs to be posted on your blog, the sales pages need to be ready to accept orders and your funnel needs to be a well-oiled machine.

Make a checklist and slowly build it out - don't overwhelm yourself and try to do it all in half an hour. 

Once that’s all done, the tech issues are settled.

Your MAIN FOCUS now should be on traffic generation… and you need to pick one traffic method and fully focus on it before moving on.

It could be Pinterest marketing or video marketing or FB groups or one of the several effective methods out there – but you need to choose one and MASTER it. 

Get courses and training on the traffic method you choose and apply the information given. Tweak what you learn and get good at it. If something doesn't work, find people with the answers. 

Setting up your PLR is only half the battle… the other more important half of the battle is traffic generation. Yes, you’ll need to spend time learning it, and there will be a learning curve. It will take time, so don't expect overnight riches. 

If you’re using paid ads, it’s inevitable to lose some money initially as you learn the ropes. I don't use paid ads myself. 

Make sure you monetize the traffic that arrives, too. Add links to places that sell digital courses like ClickBank and tangible items like Amazon. Sell your own courses made from PLR, too.
