Would you believe I ran errands from around noon to 9 PM yesterday?

#3 - Rudeness
Just a quick FYI. I think some people mistake blunt for being able
to be rude to others. I saw some guy in a forum today just being
the biggest jerk to the new admin owner of Warrior Forum. Really,
there's just no reason to act like that.
I've seen this guy's website. He bills himself as the
"only" person to "finally" tell it like it is.
Snooze. You're not the only one, big guy. And there's no
reason to puff up your feathers and be insulting to someone who is
asking for feedback on how to make the forum better.
Barb Ling posted on Facebook the other day, "Is it ever okay
to fire a customer?" (Or something to that effect. Yes, it is!
It's more than okay. It's a perk of this career, not having
to put up with people who don't have enough common decency to
be polite unless you give good cause for them not to be.
So please, remember this as a two-fold lesson: First, others are
watching your behavior. I would never promote this guy after seeing
how immature he is (I've had my moments in the past but grew
up). Second, never put up with it! The minute you let someone know
it's okay with you if they treat you terribly, they'll do
it.
#4 - Two Sales Ending
