Know Your Rights & How to Handle Flubs, Updated Review, Holistic Healing PLR + Bonus

I'm working super early today so I can head out to the
Botanical Gardens later on. It's a beautiful place here in Fort
Worth, Texas and I plan to get a membership and immerse myself in
the Japanese Gardens and get some work (and contemplation) done
each day.

#1 - Know Your Rights - and How to Handle Flubs
Well today started off annoying for me. A sweet customer of mine
emailed me saying my brand new pack of 2014 Halloween articles was
in someone else's PLR sale as a bonus. Not a bonus from me if
you bought through my link, but THEIR bonus.
I contacted the seller, who said their husband mistakenly bought
it, rights not looked at, but over 100 packs have been sold. And
what's worse is the upsell gave her customers developer rights
to the entire package!
I know there's something to be said for making an honest
mistake, but normally, if I'd made a big error like that and
sold something of someone else's, I'd make sure to make
restitution for it. The first thing I'd ask, after apologizing,
would be, "What's your PayPal email? I'm sending half
the profits."
Nothing was offered but the apology. I find that to be bad form. So
I won't be promoting this person ever again. The person who
notified me? Gave him some awesome freebies.
What's worse is, I was asked to promote this pack. It was for
websites, which we could see, so I thought they looked neat and
posted about them on my social media. I was going to email out
about them today too. Guess what my bonus was if you bought through
my link?
Yep. The same pack she was giving away inside the bundle. Really
irritated. Know your PLR rights, people. These are my products - my
lifeblood - my hard work - the stuff that pays the bills for my
kids' tuition. I wanted to bump my 2014 Halloween pack but now,
over 100 more buyers have it free. So it's just worthless to me
for this season now. Disappointing.
OH! And if you bought her developer rights - you do NOT have the
right to use that content of mine (the 25 Halloween Costume Ideas).
Just letting ya know.
