Awesome New Yoga and Meditation PLR Content and Videos – and Avoid Trash PLR

Well I’m marching right along into day 4 with no Cokes or chocolate. Doing just fine. I’m in control. Have lost 4 pounds since buying my Fitbit (a pound a week), and my knee and elbow pain disappear every time I need it using that little electro therapy gadget.
By the way, I know several of you went out and got one, too. My best friend from high school got one when I told her about it and she admitted to me yesterday that she wasn’t going to tell me it didn’t work on her because she didn’t want to make me feel bad (her words were, "I thought you were nuts." LOL). But before she gave up, she finally got brave enough to crank it up to the full 5 and had her first pain free day in years yesterday (she’s recovering from a car accident). So don’t be scared to up the number!

Now let’s talk trash. I promote a variety of people and sometimes those people put out good stuff, and sometimes their outsourcing missed the mark and they’re selling trash.
If you’re dealing with someone who has hit or miss quality, make SURE you check it each and every time they contact you to promote for them or you consider it on your own.
I see products converting like gangbusters – even winning “product of the day” in places, and I then know I can’t trust the affiliate. He or she is telling me something is perfect, amazing quality – when it’s horrible.
As for buying, make sure you never BUY just because something is on a bestseller list or being promoted as a product of the day, either. That does not ensure quality AT ALL. Be a savvy shopper.

I’m off to counseling/life coaching. Love being able to pay someone to sit there and listen to me rant for an hour and a half and who can give me unbiased input on how to be a better person! Today I plan to go over my 2015 goals with her – both personal and professional – to see if I’m biting off more than I can chew, or being sensible about what I’m going after.
