I’ve gone from barely able to speak or walk the past 2 days to the beginning of feeling human again. This was my first year without a flu shot and I won’t be doing that again (and yes, I know many people are anti flu shot, too). If it means me not curled up in a ball crying, I'll do it.
This beast knocked me out so bad my Mom had to come over and help with my kids and everyone had to take care of me. I’m still barely functional. Blessed to have that support, but sure hate that I’m feeling so weak right before Christmas with a list of last minute “to do” stuff to get done.
