When “Not Good Enough” Is Your Mantra, Mindful Eating PLR
Published: Fri, 01/02/15
Be glad you’re not out driving in Dallas-Fort Worth traffic today. A tanker exploded and highways are shut down from 6 AM to 6 PM tonight. So grateful I work from home and don’t have to face it. I remember driving to Dallas each day (1 hour each way) when I worked a real job and man, 4 hours a day in a car just stinks.
Well today I woke up late and hopped on my treadmill (love my Fitbit) and now I’ve been working. I have some goals that even include going to bed early – because the more I’m in tune with my body, the better I perform with productivity.
So let’s see what I have for you today:
#1 – When “Not Good Enough” Is Your Mantra
I, like many of you, feel plagued at times by insecurities and doubt. I what if a lot. A LOT. What if I waste my time writing fiction and everyone hates it? I am living a new concept this year.
It’s something I’ve been discussing with my life coach (aka: counselor). We talk a lot about success in our sessions, and she really helps me think of where I want to be and how to get there. This single concept is having a big impact on me.

#2 – Mindful Eating PLR
Well right in line with #1 comes this beauty. It’s from Amanda Thomas and it’s her weight loss PLR club, with this month’s focus on mindfulness. I will tell you that the only time I’ve ever lost weight is with this concept. It’s powerful.
I’m the type of person who generally watches TV while I eat. And what’s worse is, I feel like eating is the only time (as an entrepreneur) that I can enjoy a break. Otherwise, I’ve felt like I should be working – so I stretched my meals out LONG (ie: more calories, more weight gain). Horrible!
In this pack here: http://jvz3.com/c/5810/128903 you get:
- A mindful eating report with PSD covers
- 10 mindful eating articles
- 10 recipes
- 5 product reviews
- Social media graphics and Tweets
The reason I love this concept is because it simplifies weight loss. No calorie counting. No giving up anything. You’re simply mindful of your hunger cues. It’s what I’m doing right now and have gone from 273 to 268 in the last couple of weeks.
I know when I follow it, I lose. When I let stress and life get in the way (ie: there’s a great pairing for you – stress) – is when I forget to be mindful and gain back.
Okay you guys have a great weekend! I’m off to walk more, clean more, and work more – but only one at a time :)
