I’m really excited because I found out today that a ton of our family movies are in storage and my sister is going to ship them to me so I can have them put on DVDs! These are the old kind – the “reels” – and I can’t wait to see them. I was a real tomboy in my youth, with my fancy bowl haircut – what did they call it? The Dorothy Hamill haircut? Anyone else scarred for life from that as a young child?
Earlier today we set up a humane trap to catch a squirrel that has made its home in my attic. I’m not ashamed to say I am FREAKING OUT listening to it scratch around in my attic to the left of my desk. Thank goodness for Amazon overnight delivery of that trap so we can catch and release it. “We” as in my sons because I don’t handle things like that.
