Well I’m so glad I’ve been working on debt payoff because this morning, I took my cat in for her vaccines and to have a mat shaved off and the $197 it was supposed to cost morphed into $1,000 after they found a tumor on her tail. Yikes. Poor baby. She’s my oldest cat, so I’ll do anything for her.
We’re still in a state of lots of rain here in Texas. More storms this weekend. But I’m just staying home and working hard.

I can’t even wait until this time next year. My life’s about to change dramatically. And wow, SO many people are making great money and they’re not stellar authors. I LOVED what one girl (Lisa) said the other day – something about how we never feel up to the standards of those whose books we love to read. I’m no Kristin Hannah – but you know what? I get fan mail – and people are enjoying it! Imagine that. You have an audience. Go for it. And when you read my blunder, you’ll feel less anxious about publishing.
