Additional Bonus Before Midnight PLUS More Free Insight (Personal)

Published: Tue, 07/07/15

Hi !

I just got home from a healthy shopping spree and it ties in perfectly with that "biz in a box" PLR product I've been using to teach you guys how to add to PLR to create something more unique, etc.

So I want to open with you about something many of you have known me to deal with a long time. Weight.

I have perfect health stats. Perfect blood pressure, perfect cholesterol, perfect triglycerides, etc.

But this weight is impairing my happiness and ability to do fun stuff. So I'm on a mission to lose 100 pounds (I'm 2 down since I started this on my birthday - figured it was a good gift to myself).

No need to email me with advice on low carb/no sugar etc. I'm doing mindful eating and the only thing I've given up for good is sodas (I was addicted to Cokes).

When Aurelius Tjin released this PLR bundle called Healthy Business, Healthy Life, I instantly downloaded it because I wanted to soak up any tips I could.

I showed you guys a PDF sample of his course PLUS my additions to that section yesterday. If you grab the bundle (which is less than $10) from this link below before midnight tonight EST, you'll not only get my exclusive bonus (The Fun Way to Design a Healthy WAH Lifestyle), but you can also email me with your transaction ID and I'll send you the Word document of that sample I showed you, allowing you to ALSO use the text I added to his course in the Kaizen section.

If you already grabbed it through my link, you'll already have your bonus, but feel free to use the contact form on my blog to have me also send this additional text for you (just send me your transaction ID).

Now I wanted to also give you guys some additional insight.

When I have shared my physical goals in the past, I get a flood of emails from people in the same situation. So if I were going to tap into this niche from a health perspective, here's what I'd do...

1. Start a FB group for Work at Home Health. Start building up a following by posting encouragement and motivation daily - maybe several times a day. Invite people who are already inspiring to join the group to help motivate others.

2. I would begin a series of blog posts that dig down into the smallest level of tips. Not "how to eat healthy" but "pair a protein with a carb" or "30 Day WAH Health Challenge" or "7-Day Meal Samples for a 1,800 calorie diet" or whatever.

3. I would personally really emphasize the Kaizen approach. It's was MOST got me excited about Aurelius's PLR bundle. Baby Steps. Because when you're a large as a linebacker, and you're a woman, you want to give up when you think about the seemingly insurmountable obstacles you're facing. You might even do a 52-Week Kaizen WAH Challenge where each week, you emphasize one health habit to change. It could be "Have a broth based soup before dinner every night this week" or "Add 5 minutes on to your walking schedule."

Last night, I started my exercise portion of this journey, which I'm doing M-F. Guess what I started with? 1 minute on the treadmill and 1 song on Dance Central. A mere minute. But guess what? It was a minute I was moving. A minute that exhausted me. How sad. But how awesome that I did it, too. And wasn't overwhelmed - just like Aurelius taught - baby step.

My plan is to do 1 minute and 1 song this week. Then 2 minutes, 1 song. And so on. Each month I'll add another song. I also bought a little 5-pound kettlebell because I want toned arms as I lose the flab.

Working from home, it's SO easy to hide out in our houses and eat whatever we want and stay in our pajamas and not have to be seen. I don't want that for myself anymore. I want my life back.

But remember, many of us ARE this way because we tie food to our emotions. So if your plan is to simply spam WAHers without connecting to them, don't bother. I have started sharing my journey on FB with my friends and I can't tell you how helpful their support is. Whether it's snapping me out of my pity party with a boot in the rear approach, or a "you can DO this!" cheer from the sidelines ... this niche (me), needs support.

If you've ever wanted to make a difference in someone's life, this is a great night to help. Isolated individuals who are entrepreneurs, so they already have that go getter mindset - they just need your help directing it toward their health, not just their earnings. I felt like I was floundering even this morning until I sat down and made a plan based on Kaizen.

Here's where you can get the PLR and bonuses until midnight tonight:

If you want to pick my brain as one of the consumers of the niche, feel free - I'll be happy to tell you my thoughts.

Tiff ;)
