Today's a busy activity day for me and the kids but I wanted to email you before I get going. I've joined a really cool biological study that I am committed to for 18 months. No pills or anything involved, but they study my baseline habits for 2 weeks and then have a scientific intervention for me designed to improve my energy levels, help me lose weight, etc. Without changing the food I eat or anything.
