I had a blast last night in my first online Facebook event. It was for an upcoming Kindle publishing event I’ve been involved in for 6 months where 45 authors got together, each picked a state, and are writing a book for our characters.
I was really happy because there are several USA Today bestselling authors in the group, and they let newbie ME be part of it all! There’s a free prequel written by one of them, and then starting November 19th, one book a day releases until January 7th.

The 2-hour FB event had hundreds of people – 34 comments per minute. It was dizzying, but fun with prizes, etc. I wish it was easier for newcomers to understand how to navigate pinned posts and so on – many were confused, especially with so many people commenting at once.
Anyway, I’m at work on my book for the project but first I wanted to send these items out…
