Open the Door for Prosperity, Tangible Niche with a Twist & Working from Desperation

Published: Mon, 05/06/19

It's Monday! Only 2 and a half more weeks and summer begins for my family - and I am SO excited! This week will be hard because I have to attend an 8th grade banquet where they're going to show a video of our babies' last year in middle school and you KNOW I'm gonna bawl! Scarlett has just accepted that I'm going to be the emotional mom. I can't help it. I'm simultaneously proud and sad about it all.

Time moves so fast, and I think that's part of the reason I'm so much more into traveling now and making long-term memories with my kids rather than just trying to give them tangible stuff.

#2 - Tangible Niche with a Twist

There's a cool niche that allows you to promote a nice price point tangible item AND all kinds of info products - drones.

Drones made their way onto the toy and hobby scene first and now they've become the key to successful careers for many people AND there are now drone racing leagues that are going to be televised on CBS, NBC and ESPN, so it's going to be taking off even more.

Gaz Cooper put together a Rise of the Drones PLR bundle for you if you want to tackle this niche. You can teach people tips, recommend drones for them (and accessories - nice money n reordering parts), and also help people develop careers using their skill.

Drones are being used in different markets, and you can sell guides on how to use them in real estate, film making, construction, insurance, agriculture, and more!

You can get Gaz's PLR bundle on sale here:

He gives you a list of all the new 2019 drones, 20 new review articles, a drone WordPress website, an eBook, a short report, a lead magnet, a second eBook, a guide for YouTube marketing that you can apply to this niche, headers and graphics.

#3 - Desperate Decisions Are Bad for Business

At one point, every business owner will find herself in a troubling situation. Revenue is down. New clients or customers are scarce. Profits are falling, and a peek at the financials is enough to make you panic.

Unless you’re Mark Zuckerberg or Bill Gates, chances are you’ve experienced that sinking feeling of a business that’s trending downward, too. But how you handle it can mean the difference between continued success and business-killing burnout.

Here’s where a lot of marketers get it wrong. They start to worry about money, and that worry leads to poor decisions that ultimately have a negative impact not just on finances, but—maybe more importantly—on morale, too. Maybe you know what I’m talking about.

You Take On The Wrong Projects

When business is down, it can be tough to keep your ideal customer in mind. Instead, you jump at the chance to sell to anyone who comes along. The trouble with this scenario is you can find yourself with a list full of customers who: You Stop Creating

And who can blame you? With profits down, you have to pull back. You can’t afford to spend time and money creating new programs, so you recycle the ones you’ve already produced.

Now, this would be ideal if you were repurposing with a positive intent. Turning your eBook into a group coaching course? Perfect! But that’s not what your fearful brain is telling you.

Your fearful self is saying, “Just re-release this same product again, so I don’t have to have new sales copy written or record new videos.”

And while this might help bring in a bit of cash short-term, it won’t do anything for your reputation or your self-esteem.

Yikes! That’s no way to operate a business, but that’s just what a fear-based mindset can do to you. Better (much better) to hold out for that perfect subscriber. And while you’re waiting, take what you’ve learned from your drop in sales and create the killer program your audience is clamoring for!

Never do business from a place of desperation. It will cause you to make all sorts of bad decisions. If you have to do some other type of job to make ends meet, then do it as you build your business part time.

Okay I'm off to get some work done! Y'all have a good one!

Tiff ;)
