It's Sunday and I am working overtime to get the launch ready for Thursday. I had a couple of slacker days and by slacker days I mean for me, so most of you would consider it full time. I just didn't manage my time perfectly and now there are lots of technical tasks to wrap up like listings, copy, etc. 

I have to start waking up early tomorrow and I dread it. 5:50 AM - not for school, but to register fast passes for our Disney trip. But after that, it's all school hours. Blech. It'll take a good week or two for me to become acclimated to the new hours.

Being Stubborn and Finally Upgrading

I have to give a big shout out to two people who lent me a hand in this. One, Arun Chandran, of https://www.arunchandran.com/, kicked my butt and told me to STOP using FrontPage 2000 for my launches (LOL) and to switch to Optimize Press instead. I bought it back in 2015 and did nothing with it. Have you ever done that?

H even created a template for me to use based off of the HTML one I'd been working on. How sweet is that? So what I did yesterday is renewed my domain PLRLaunch.com that I'd bought awhile back. Then installed WordPress and my Optimize Press plugin. I got hosting specifically for this through Susie O'Dea's husband and Arun's link here: https://www.arunchandran.com/hostedsafe  because Hostgator often crashes whenever I've done PLR launches in the past and I haven't even sent that much traffic!

I did mess up my own install, so while it looked like it installed, nothing was clickable, so Arun just reinstalled it for my tech-feeble self and I could finally work with it. It's super easy to edit it looks like! So I'm going to give it a whirls. The great thing is, I don't have to struggle with making new pages now - I just clone and edit quickly. 

And then Huw Hughes, of https://nitroplr.com went and made me a graphic to use for my launch bundle! Both of these guys are very selfless. I deeply appreciate it when people help me out. I tend to get stuck in my old, boring ways and it takes a LOT to push me to do something else. 

This is what's so important about networking as genuine friends. They'll kick your butt, be blunt with you and help when you're floundering. Arun makes me laugh every day. And both he and Huw served in the military, and y'all know how I am about people who serve their country! Respect x a gazillion. They're just great guys all around. 

Once I'm finally finished with the setup today I'll start work on the rest of the free series I have running. Stay tuned for that!
