#1 - Well This Is a Neat and Unique Tool!

I just found out about something I hadn't seen before and it's great either for yourSELF or if you want to recruit clients to use it on. 

So we all know about podcasts, right? But there's this thing built into Alexa called Flash Briefings. These are shorter well, briefings, that get read to the listener by either Alexa's voice or played as an audio file from whoever made the recording (you, etc.). (There are also longer podcasts too)

I reallllly liked the idea of this because I can see it being used as motivation and information for a wide variety of niches. 

Imagine someone needing a mindful reminder to start their day. "Alexa, play my mindful Flash Briefings." 

Or a weight loss briefing with some sort of healthy eating tip or exercise butt kick motivation. "Alexa, play my diet Flash Briefings (or podcasts)."

Maybe it's a productivity tip for slackers who need to hear some David Goggins-like hardcore inspiration. "Alexa, play my productivity Flash Briefings."

So first of all, YOU can use this to promote your own site and brand yourself. OR, you can use the commercial license included with it to do this for clients (offline OR online). 

This tool is called Skilexa and you can create the flash briefings OR full podcasts or customize it otherwise. I watched the video tutorial and it shows how you can either upload an audio, upload text (that Alexa reads in her voice), or even upload a video where your audio gets extracted. I didn't test it myself because I don't have anything I want to create yet. But the tutorial showed how it works. 

So think about all of the content you ALREADY have that would be good for this tool. You may have PLR content, videos, and audio files you could use. You can even put a link to your blog for the tool to pull it from. And within or at the end of the video, you give your call to action - a website URL, etc. You could even give your listeners special deals. 

This would be great for both digital and tangible sales, to use as a vendor or affiliate, to use for branding your expertise, to help you build a list and more.

OH! Even authors could use this. You could have a chapter read daily of a book! I'm one of those readers who usually only has time for a chapter a day. They could listen to your chapter as they do dishes, work out, take a walk, etc. ACK! I love it! What if you did a teaser briefing where you read a paragraph or two of one of your books - or the blurb - and you enticed them to go get the full version? Like a trailer of sorts.
